The Dogwood Quilt is an advanced beginner pattern. It's a great introduction to curves. Seriously, you can't mess these curves up! Each size, Wall Hanging, 18" Pillow, 24" Pillow, Baby and Throw, all have a unique look.
The Dogwood Tree is a symbol of durability and new beginnings. Blooming in early spring, it marks the end of winter and the start of warmer, brighter days. Though the four-petal flowers seem gentle and small, they can withstand extreme changes to their environment. After a season of weathering “extreme changes”, I’m hopeful that we are approaching our hypothetical “new beginning”; a time for brighter days.
